Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Custom or bulk-manufactured products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.
